We are a neighbourhood grocery: a full store of everyday shopping, built around the European and Eastern European foods that are hard to find anywhere else — the smoked fish counter, the deli, the caviar case, the barrel pickles, the bakery that starts before dawn.
Every store carries the same idea in a slightly different way, because every neighbourhood shops differently. What is on the shelf in Brooklyn is not what sells in Hollywood, Florida, and both are right.
Ordering online reaches the same shelves. A picker walks your order through the store you chose, weighs what is sold by weight, and it is delivered to your door or held for pickup — with the same produce, the same deli counter and the same prepared food you would have picked up yourself.

Orders are picked from a real store, not from a dark warehouse. That is why the fresh counters are available online at all — and why what you receive was chosen by someone standing in front of it.
Chilled and frozen items are packed in insulated packaging to hold the cold chain until they reach you. Please refrigerate your order within an hour of delivery or pickup.
