PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT AFFECTS YOU AND YOUR RIGHTS. The arbitration clause requires you to file a claim with an arbitration forum rather than in state or federal court, and you waive your right to a jury trial and to any class action. Arbitration is an alternative dispute mechanism with an arbitrator appointed by the parties rather than a judge; discovery is less formal, and an arbitration decision has limited grounds for appeal.
